About the scheme
Deze subsidieregeling is bedoeld voor publieksevenementen en culturele initiatieven die bijdragen aan Arnhem als evenementen-en cultuurstad. Het gaat hierbij om publieksevenementen; denk aan sportieve, duurzame en culturele evenementen. Culturele producties waarbij kunst en cultuur toegankelijk worden gemaakt voor een breed publiek en om één of tweejarige artistieke producties.De subsidieaanvragen voor 2026 moeten voor 1 oktober 2025 ingediend zijn. For whom.
This consultation hour is meant for initiators and organizations that want to apply for a subsidy with the Municipality of Arnhem for projects in the Municipality of Arnhem that will not take place before January 2026. Whether you want to organize a big festival, a cultural project or a small-scale event, you are welcome.

Program
The consultation hour takes the form of a walk-in clinic. This means that you can walk in anytime between 2:00 and 4:00 pm. Questions are handled in the order in which they are received. Besides asking your own questions, you can also listen and think along during the consultation hour when the questions of other participants are handled. When all your questions have been answered and you have enough information, you are free to leave the consultation hour earlier.
About the speaker(s)
During the consultation hour, Alex Schreuder Goedheijt and Saskia Wilmsen of the Municipality of Arnhem will be present. Alex is involved within the municipality of Arnhem in managing and coordinating subsidy schemes aimed at the cultural sector. Saskia knows all the ins and outs regarding events. Take advantage of their knowledge and experience to increase your chances of a successful application.
