In onze adviesgesprekken kun je terecht met je zakelijke en organisatorische vragen, groot of klein. We helpen je bijvoorbeeld om helder te krijgen hoe een goede projectbegroting eruit ziet: welke posten je moet benoemen, welke bedragen reëel zijn en waar je ruimte kunt creëren. We denken mee over manieren om je netwerk te versterken, nieuwe samenwerkingen aan te gaan of om je project professioneel verder te brengen. Daarnaast kijken we graag met je naar passende fondsen en subsidiënten die jouw plannen kunnen ondersteunen en jouw dekkingsplan compleet kunnen maken. Ook als je vraag nog niet concreet is, maar je een sparringpartner zoekt om je ideeën of vervolgstappen te toetsen, ben je bij ons aan het juiste adres.

Our consultations are for cultural professionals in the Arnhem/Nijmegen region who want to develop: from creators, artists, performers, program makers, producers, marketers, project leaders, volunteer coordinators to fundraisers.
