Young drivers wanted!

Young Board Members Wanted! In the 24/25 season, Cultuur Academy —commissioned by the municipalities of Nijmegen and Arnhem— Cultuur Academy a training program for young people with aspirations to serve on boards. We’re looking for enthusiastic young people who are eager to take on leadership roles in the cultural sector. They’ll learn everything needed to be an effective board member: from financial literacy to asking the right questions and media training.

The training program is suitable both for young people under 35 who are already on a board and for those who are not yet on a board but would like to be: we’ll connect them with cultural organizations that offer a traineeship position on their board. The goal of the project is to strengthen boards within the cultural sector in Nijmegen and Arnhem by leveraging the qualities that young people bring to the table, and to involve young people more in the cultural sector in their city.
