New round of the Gelderland “Opwaarts!” program for cultural organizations that produce their own work

Are you a cultural organization in Gelderland looking to grow? The second round of the Gelderland program “Opwaarts!” opens on October 27. This three-year program helps organizations invest in digital, organizational, and financial innovation. Applications are accepted through November 26, 2026.

"Opwaarts!" is designed for professional cultural institutions that are ready to take the next step. Participants work on their own development project and receive a development budget, coaching, and guidance to support them. For the five participating organizations, the development budget averages €36,000 per organization. In addition, you’ll be part of a community where you can exchange knowledge and experiences through masterclasses and peer review sessions.
