Mirte Engelhard

Mirte Engelhard graduated from the ArtEZ Academy of Art in Arnhem in 2009. Her collection consists of sporty basics and one-of-a-kind pieces made from leftover materials. Engelhard’s work is distinguished by effortlessly draping garments that are comfortable to wear, geometric shapes, and combinations of fabrics and patterns that come together to form a nuanced whole. Thanks to its ingenious technical solutions, the collection has a recognizable signature style. Mirte’s shop/studio is located in Arnhem’s fashion district and offers customers a glimpse into the studio. In addition to her label and collection, Mirte uses fashion as a language to move people and provide a platform for stories she believes deserve to be heard.
