Heleen Kalkman

Heleen is a member of the project office at the ArtEZ Conservatory in Arnhem and frequently collaborates with young artists. She is also a member of the program team for Festival de Oversteek and previously oversaw the (theater) program at Lindenberg Cultuurhuis and Festival op 't Eiland.
