Elsewhere on this website we have described more information on how to make a roadmap. This set-up and breakdown plan can serve very well as a script for your own initiative or project. We also have a slightly different example (in Word) for you. Here you can add more general information but the purpose is otherwise the same; with both documents you create an overview for yourself and the people you work with.
