On this page you can download a comprehensive sample safety plan with explanatory notes at no cost. It is a very comprehensive document and for many initiatives or projects it is a bit too heavy. But, because of the detailed explanation for each section, it is not at all wrong to read through the document and keep it handy when you write your own safety plan. You can modify this document yourself and tailor it to your needs.

This document was created with input from the Municipality of Arnhem and the Gelderland Midden Police Department. We also have a somewhat simpler version of a safety plan ready for you and it is also partly based on this. Then you can fill it in according to your own wishes.
