Define Your Artistic Identity (in English)

€15, including VAT

Arnhem

Whether you work as an artist or are launching a new initiative, it’s important to be able to clearly articulate your strengths. You may already know exactly what the substantive or artistic value of your work is, but to convince clients, funding organizations, or partners, you need to be able to tell that story clearly. In this workshop, you’ll develop your value proposition and translate it into a powerful, clear description that immediately conveys who you are and what you do.

Who is this for?

This workshop is for emerging artists who know what they have to offer but find it difficult to convey that clearly and convincingly. Are you starting a new project or initiative, or are you applying for a grant and want to be able to articulate your value more effectively? Then this workshop will help you present your story effectively. Please note! This program is offered in English so that we can reach artists in the region who are not (yet) fluent in Dutch.

After this workshop

  • You will have a clear understanding of what drives and motivates you, and what sets you apart.
  • You'll have a great one-liner that you can use on your website, on social media, or in conversations.
  • You know how to introduce yourself to a potential client, partner, or grant provider.

Program

In this inspirational workshop, you will explore what makes you unique as a professional: your motivations, values, talents, and ambitions. You will learn to articulate your strengths clearly—not only artistically, but also in terms of your motivation and skills. Through short theory sessions and mini-interviews, you will discover what sets you apart and how to articulate that clearly.
